Issue by jamie68117: Does the iTunes present card technique sometimes get backed up close to Xmas time?
I bought an iTunes present card about an hour ago and iTunes informed me it hadn’t been activated. We went back again and they obtained us a distinct card and activate it (for some explanation they wouldn’t just activate the other one particular due to the fact I guess the tiny receipt printed out saying it had been activated??). Now the new one’s not doing work. The guy at Walgreens is declaring the iTunes technique may be backed up if a whole lot of people are making an attempt to use iTunes cards because it is Christmas Eve?
Have any of you heard of this occurring ahead of?

no. it could be that the pcs at Walgreen’s are backed up simply because of the date. try out once again, and if it does not operate, try out once again tomorrow. if not, then Wednesday, take it back again once more and attempt to resolve the concern..

Yeah it happened hecka bad last year.
i also received an itunes card. there is a disclaimer saying wait 24 hours for activation. so i guess it takes 24 hours once the card is activated by the store clerk for it to reach the itunes database.
