on iTunes i have a handful of ringtones and i want to know how to get them to my mobile phone so i can use them as ringtones. i do not have multimedia messaging.

Sync with iTunes, set it as a tune and then set it as the Ringtone from your telephone.

Do you mean an iPhone? Just sync it will iTunes. If it isn’t an iPhone, I don’t think there is a way.
