You can again-up your library onto DVDs. Then you can stick your DVD into your new laptop or computer and have it copy by itself onto your new computer’s iTunes library.
You can also use your iPod to do the identical point.

The only way to do it now is to backup your itunes library onto a removable disk or some DVD’s.
In the old version of Itunes, it was possible to drag songs from your ipod into your library.
However, with the new version of Itunes (7.2?) they don’t allow you to see the songs in your library so you can’t drag and drop the songs in a new library on a different computer.
